Spitfire manufactures all products it develops in our state of the art facilities.  Likewise, we offer customers design for manufacturing services to ensure best possible outgoing quality of products that we contract manufacture.  Our production facilities are efficient and ensure iintegrity in process by using principles of lean manufacturing and statistical process controls.

Spitfire Controls is a global company with manufacturing facilities in Mexico, Vietnam, and China.  This allows Spitfire to deliver finished solutions to you in either high volume/low-mix or medium volume/high-mix at best cost.  We can support your needs in any market worldwide.  Spitfire's manufacturing capabilities offer the cost advantages of contract manufacturing without the design expense or scheduling challenges.

The Spitfire Controls Chihuahua facility is a state of the art electronics production facility.  This best-in-class 100,000 square foot facility is a clean, modern, and efficient factory setting.  Test equipment is designed and built in-house for commonality and highest uptime.  We are ISO 9001:2008 registered, IPAa 610 personnel certified, ALTEX certified, and a registered facility with Mexican customs.  Our full experience in new product introductions includes cooking, laundry, refrigeration, dish washing, portables, spa motors, and more.  We utilize expert and certified project managers to ensure that your projects are managed on time and to your specifications.

The Spitfire Controls Vietnam facility utilizes the same level of factory automation as the Chihuahua facility, and offers our customers cost advantages of the region for high volume/low-mix products that can be scheduled with longer lead times.  This advantage provides lower delivered cost and lowers our customers' break even points, making them more financially competetive.

Our goal is to add value to our customers' products and to ensure a flawless customer experience.  We are highly experienced at product and line transferences, having transitioned production from other facilities worldwide.  We provide direct interaction between our on-site leadership in our manufacturing facilities, you, and other key suppliers.  Standard quality procedures include customer scorecards, quality reviews, and continuous improvement across all functional processes.
